The industry is consolidating hard — a handful of groups own dozens of “competing” brands. If two models look identical, this is often why. Here’s who owns what.

Buying tip: brands under the same parent frequently share platforms and factories, so a “premium” and a “value” badge can be the same box. Knowing the parent helps you compare on price without overpaying for a logo.
